Spectacular weekend in Connecticut this past weekend. Fall clean for both the garden and the beast. Loving this car and in Carbon Black...come on. Looking at these pics reminds me I need to start looking for some winter tires as this weather will not last much longer...

Went to run some errands this morning and noticed a killer sunrise so I ran back in the house to grab my Nikon. I had the 20mm attached so here are a few wide angle shots. I'm still figuring out how to edit these types of images so that they don't look over done or too HDR. This type of lighting makes it challenging. Sorry for the blow outs. Lol

Wife wanted to stop at Costco on the way home after my X3 delivery. Kids didn't wanna go in, so we stayed in "mommy's" ride while I gawked at my new "dad" mobile (my wife even left a space between our cars

Swaped to winter tires, hand washed and deep cleaned inside out and applied a coat of Chemical Guys Hydro slick...all set to take on the winter...PB paint always amasses me with a new shade every time..happy I chose this colour instead of white...

Makes sense on an enthusiast forum. While I'm sure BMW sells 5-10x more non-M40s it's likely the inverse representation on an owners forum.
