Just testing, and you passed with flying colors. I do tests like that quite often when checking up on older relatives and friends by phone, where I call them and at the end thank them for calling me. We found a fresh late season Coho salmon at WF today. My wife has quite a few salmon recipes but the Grilled Salmon Sushi-Rice Bowl from chef Ming Tsai is one of our favorites. Recipe includes directions for a homemade ponzu sauce. Shared it with a delicious Oregon Pinot Noir found at Costco.
