I found this recipe for chili on the internet a number of years ago. We decided to have it while we watched the ALCS playoffs. It's Frank's Spicy Alabama Onion Beer Chili. We add the avocado to the chili and the mango slaw is also a good counter to the heat. Accompanied by an IPA to wash it down.
