So I was all set to grill a few porterhouse steaks, when the skies opened up. So... I was going to then broil the steaks in the oven, when I decided to use my Lodge cast iron pizza pan (which I love for pizza). Put it on the stove top and they came out nice. (One steak would have been enough for me and the better 1/2.... both steaks weighed almost 4 lbs..). Steak and eggs tomorrow. Mushroom and onion gravy and air fried zuchinni.
