I started out making sausage parmesain, which I delivered to the better 1/2... Then decided to turn mine into a sausage parmesain club sandwitch... with baked potatoe slices covered in the extra spaghetti sauce and parmesain cheese.

Peruvian Chicken: chicken grilled on the blackstone marinated in soy sauce, lime, olive oil, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic cloves, ginger, turmeric, and pepper. Green sauce blended with nutribullet made of jalapeños, spinach, parsley, garlic, mayo, silken tofu, lime, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Simple roasted potatoes on the side!
