Was a consensus ever reached to which one gives a lower growl? Single 3" or this dual setup?

I'm not sure; I opted for the equal-length cat back to eliminate rasp. There are a ton of videos with different setups.

Most consider single non-res the lower, deeper sound. Nice benefit is that with valves closed it sounds stock, and barely noticeable.

EL screams up top, but some find it droney and raspy down low.

I have a res EL and it does not drone or have any rasp down low, but still screams up top. However, compared to a single, it does not have the deeper sound at low rpm’s.
