Black - everyone should own one, just so they can appreciate how difficult they are to keep clean. When they are clean, they're great but come the next day, you need to bring out the California Duster. |

I also love mine in this color as well, i em from recife in brasil, south america, and i got mine in PB.
i never noticed that it changed its rue when the son shines on it, to me its just blue all the time. i also own another car that is blue, black is good because it makes the car even smaller and its more stealth at night that is if your murder it out ...

We just got ours today, what a beautiful color. We had a bluestone 540i and an orange sunset X2, but this is really classy and we love it, of course it will require cleaning.

Phytonic is nice, but I chose Sophisto Grey as Phytonic just looked dull and washed out in anything but bright sunshine.
But either is a good colour on the X3 and the Phytonic was the brochure colour

I wanted Phytonic badly but my wife (and my mother-in-law who went shopping with us lol) outvoted me on this because they both love white. White was my second choice so we settled on mineral white. I really love the color, but if there is a next time with BMW (assuming the grills dont turn into the m3/m4/iX) I will go Phytonic Blue I hope.

I love my Phytonic blue. I was worried it would be a bit dull but it suits the X3 brilliantly. Any brighter and it would look wrong.
It hides dirt well and is just right with my red leather I am more a black car person with the odd yellow or white ... but am sold on this colour totally ! |

I was dead set on Phytonic from the getgo, but once I started seeing colors in person I grew to appreciate Carbon black - had this great dark blue tint to it in the sun.
Stuck with PB though, because its easier to maintain and as said earlier, looks great on the X3. My hometown is littered with Black SUV's, so wanted something a tad different. |

Perhaps your dirt in London is different than the dirt we have here but the PB definitely doesn't hide our dirt. My last four BMW's were all Space Grey... now that hid the dirt very well. The PB is really like black in that it looks fantastic when freshly washed but I find that it quickly shows dust, pollen etc. Not regretting the decision as I knew this would be the case!

And the best color for the X3 to hide the dirt is Sunstone metallic. |

I love the Phytonic Blue. But hell it's just slightly easier to keep clean than Black and currently my car is filthy with the weather we've been having here.
I think my favorite blue was the BMW Monaco Blue that I had a while back. It reminds me of a bluer version of the Carbon Black. |

My first blue vehicle for me and I think it looks great, especially with black rims.

I tossed around BG and CB but always came back to AW… no car looks better clean than Black but no car looks worse dirty than black. I love how easy white is to keep clean and I just love how a white car handles lol. When I stand back and look at my white ride with the gloss black trim it makes me smile
