For those following the Altair Leader with great expectation like me, it has now appeared on the Southampton port movement information for arrival 6:30am on 21st, coming from Emden. So looks like a few more days sat about in between now and then.

So we’re still 165 this morning, with delivery still showing as next week
Can’t believe it myself! Anybody else with late July and august builds which have had any changes to their codes? |

Just asked my dealer about my status code earlier. Still 165- nothing changed. Actual build date is 22nd of July, status change 24th July. I really hope the "status code" system is broken somehow and is not updating. I can't imagine why a car would just wait around in a port for 3 months.

Nothing new on this weeks shipping schedule, just a few ships have been pushed back 1-2 days...

Posted by a member in the Facebook group just now for those not in it...
"Expecting my car at the end of Oct and apparently it’s stuck in Germany at the min. The dealer said there are 200 BMW’s stuck. Something about a quality enhancement and a problem with the port so I’m not entirely sure what the hold up is!! Anyone else waiting?" It's also mentioned on this weeks and last weeks shipping list..." Bremerhaven experiencing heavy delays, future vessels in the schedule might not reflect such delays yet. |

So between last week and today
My car status is still 165 But according to genius my car is arriving next week... But dealer said it's more likely December. 😫😫 Does anyone know if there are any ships due between now and end of October? Build was 20/08 |

BMW must know exactly where these vehicles are and how many vehicles are potentially in front of ours in the queue to be shipped. I find it hard to believe that BMW cannot give an accurate delivery time frame once the car is built. Everything after build is a known quantity. To have vehicles built in July allegedly still sat at the docks just isn't acceptable by any standards especially when they are sold vehicle's. |

Mine is one of the cars that changed to "at sea" around October 11th, built July 28th, arrived at Dalian August 1st.
Today my delivery date slipped by about 2 weeks to December 18th. So that will be 10 days short of 5 months from build to delivery! (If it doesn't slip again) |
