I've got one of these as we picked up a new dog just after picking up the car It fits and looks really good I'll take some pictures tomorrow when its light if you want?

That looks good ziggys101. Do you have the flap for protecting the bumper as well? We normally take our dog in the X5 in which we have a similar custom cover and a custom fit dog crate. I want to get a boot cover for X3 for the occasional times I may need to take the dog in X3.

I dont but i think it was an option for not much cash, they turned the order around in a week really good customer service.

My only negative is as the material is smooth so bags can slide around in the back., but that also makes it much easier to clean :-)

Well, very similar ones with cheap UK ordering.

I do a fair bit of running (sometimes cross country through the mud) and had never thought of this a solution, post run.

That under floor storage is actually pretty much as big as the whole boot/trunk in my old car.
So should be able to cope with this as well as the boot/trunk liner I've folded up in there for trips to the tip/post run dirty kit/picking up Christmas trees.

How the tyres are, Pirelli , are they performance type or normal RFT?
I have got Michelin latitude 3, they are superb comfy and quiet comparing to bridgestones on 3 series (probably every tyre will be better than this thing).

Oh no...that's really to bad. I'd bet they get a replacement out to you soon, although you'll have to wait all over again! Real bummer.

Certainly will be avoiding any flying road obstacles 😊

I'm not 100% sure I even would want a replacement. I mean it's not like I expected something indestructible for $150...but to see it break like that just during shipping makes me think if I were to just happen to pull too far forward and tap a curb while parking these things would probably just snap off instead of just getting scraped up.

Tyres are non RFT, they feel great so far.

That is a real bummer! I think it was probably crushed under something heavy during transit, so the shearing force could easily snap the corner off.

I think if rocks or stones hit it while driving they'd be likely to bounce off rather than break it. Get a replacement, they're worth it, especially to match all your gloss black bits.
