Spoke to PL direct, there saying most if not all X range models stop off in Germany for the missing component, been like it for months….. only recently improved, vehicles sitting there for 2 weeks, before 6-7.

They say that my date for delivery, back end of April should still be fine and have factored in the stop off in Germany…. We shall see!?!

Go and sit in the dealer in your pants rocking backwards and forward saying where is my car at the top of your voice and see where you get. Let me know and we can get it onto YouTube and the traffic and shame for BMW should pay for the car.

My latest communication with PL has confirmed that my X3 (Chassis ending 153636) is on the boat heading for Bremerhaven for retrofitting of RAM. No other issues outstanding other than the deletion of Wireless Charging and iDrive Touch Function. PL further added......."the Wi-Fi Hotspot and Apple CarPlay Function will be added to the car remotely in Quarter 2 of this year (April-June)."

So my status changed from 165 to 181 as from March 1st. Would mean that the car will have installed its missing components in Bremerhaven in the next couple of weeks and will than put on transport to Belgium. Expected delivery at dealer mid April. Let's see...

My Car status has moved to 190 and in fact my dealer my has confirmed this afternoon that the car is now in Cuxhaven ready to be loaded on to car carrier.

I know there is a car carrier i Cuxhaven today which the next port is Southampton. So I'm hoping but not holding my breath that my car is finally on its way to the UK.

I was 181 1/2/22, and the retrofit was completed 24/2. As of 28/2 I'm 182.

Prior to this, I've been 190 at least twice, and the retail system says 9000, which hasn't been updated since 14/12/21.

Yes, the tool shows VIN closed, and there is no longer any Technical Enhancement showing on the BMW recall website.

As your dealer for your scheduled build week or call BMW Genius line and asked them. That will give you an estimate of when to expect the car.

I've read a couple of articles online in the last couple of days about BMW curtailing production in Germany due to supply chain struggles associated with the Russia/Ukraine situation. Does anyone in Canada have any indication of production delays or feature deletions to Canadian orders as a result of this?

At least some progress. Mine is still in status 181 waiting in Bremerhaven for retrofit. Since my order is from September I guess it will be done soon now.
