I donno. The following response didn't say, "We did actually receive info this morning back from BMW regarding the 4 cyl. Turbo. It will be in the X3 as a 2013 model feature"

Good info - thanks for posting. I am surprised there has been no press release detailing this. They seemed to make a pretty big deal out of it when the 528i and Z4 28i made the switch. |

Hmm, reading between the lines it looks like the 30d just might be released when the MY2013 starts production. Woohoo 0-60-6.1sec. and 40mpg.
