November rates in Canada are now 2.9% until Nov 30 and a $1000 Delivery Credit. If you haven't taken delivery yet get your quote revised.

So, is that a $1000 delivery credit and $1500 loyalty credit too?

Yes if you had a quote already you would been for from a rate adjustment and delivery credit.

I went to make my purchase today and while reviewing the incentives the rate for November is 2.9% and $1000 delivery credit.

Back in Sept somebody on here mentioned a 1% drop was expect by Dec from the 3.9% at launch.

I went to 2 dealerships today, and none had that 2.9% or $1000 delivery credit. Which dealership did you go to? The only thing at 2.9 was the financing or leasing like an X4 for 2.9.

I think it’s still 59% and .00152. I know the residual is right, not 100% on the MF.

Hi can someone help me figure out these lease figures?

x3 M40i MSRP 67800
negotiated to 63300
on top of that, I'm getting a 1500 lease rebate
I'm putting 2000 down payment and apparently part of that is going towards first months payment.

this doesnt seem right to me.

The lease quote looks correct to me.

The $925 acquisition fee is being rolled in which is why the Total Cap Cost is $64,225. You have to pay sales tax on the $1500 rebate so that's an additional $142.50 in up front costs. There is also an $80 doc fee in California which was not listed. The total cap cost reduction is $1826.79 which includes the $1500 rebate. This means you are really putting $326.79 as a "cash down payment". The rest of your $2000 up front is to cover fees.

When I plug it all in I get $851.31 with $1992.40 in fees. I'm prob missing some small fee somewhere but it's close enough.

Your up front fees are:

1st payment: $851.31
Registration: $552
Doc Fee: $80
Tire Fee: $8.75
Rebate Tax: $173.55
Cash Down: $326.79
Total Fees: $1992.40

The extra $326.79 you are putting in is just so your cash down is rounded to a nice even number. If you take that out, your payment will go up by $10. Most people say not to put any cash down as you lose it in the event of theft or total loss but it's a small amount so no big deal, up to you.

Nice build. I like the black grill and air vents that the 3.0 msport has. I hope BMW comes out with some accessories for the M40i to black it out some. The active grill is a bit of a concern. Grill replacements in the past were easy to do and relatively cheap.

Mirror caps, vent covers, grill all in carbon fiber or black to go with the tail pipes. That would be pretty sweet for an M40i build.

Just FYI there are a lot more people posting their deals on the sticky thread titled "2018 X3 (G01) U.S. Pricing Guide - What's your build?"

Thanks for all those who posted their deals so other enthusiasts like me could get a better deal on these great cars!

I love this with blacked out kidney grills. Huge improvement IMO. Was this a dealer option? I need to get this.
