I need to figure out how to secure my 19 inch OEM wheel in the trunk to actually be a legit spare. I need to buy a compact jack too. I wish I could find a system that secures the tire in the trunk.

ive seen a tread where guys have tried all kinds of ratchet strap combinations, but its not the prettiest tho. for a breakdown my plan is to use the compact jack and buy a cordless impact gun or drill to work the jack and take the lug nuts off combo.

You’ve answered your question. There are only 2 guys at XY.

From my findings while getting this group buy organized:

James: Main guy that helped with the group buy. He was let go or quit not sure if he is back.

Steven Y: he works there and can take in orders

Jenny XIE: She helped me finalize the replacement for my wheels via Alibaba chat as James stopped responding (quit).

Jason Wu: The owner.

Did you ever think of just buying the OEM spare donut? I wonder if it would fit under the trunk carpet compartment I can’t remember how big it is under there

That or the spare tire you can get online but honestly now I have 4 spares they are just my OEM tires/wheels

I guess if I have a flat I will just have my wife deliver jack, wheel and tools to me.

I'm contemplating between 20x10 et25 for this look or go with 20x10 et25 and 20x11 et40 for even wider 🙂🙂. Car is stock height, so hard to decide.

you can check via the tire size calculator and compare both tires.

For example for mine:

245/50R19 vs 275/40R20 the tire circumference difference is only 0.05%

You want to generally be within 1%

Plug in your numbers here and see.

I’m on stock height and most likely staying like that. In my opinion it’s plenty wide in the rear

It would have the same amount of poke on the rear, just wider toward the inside of the suspension. I think it does look quite good. Just not sure if it will be a hassle later on.

Ekliptix Seems like you have bought 2 sets of 21 inch wheels, did they both have 66.5 for the center bore and did they fit with no issues? Or if anyone else can confirm 66.5 CB fit with the 21 inch wheel size? thanks in advance

I've placed my order, Jason recommended 66.5 stating "Regarding the wheel center bore specifications, rest assured—I will not make any mistakes.". Hoping for the best so I don't have to use my chase sapphire credit cards abilities lol

I wonder why they keep saying 66.5 is better than 66.6.

I know squared setups are popular, but I want wide rear tires. Hope they come out great!

No issues with the fit. I've put ~3,000mi on the alibaba wheels so far (winter driving).
