PPF of the front end and ceramic coating on the entire vehicle completed today.

Now, if my wheels will finally ship, I can get them mounted with the new tires too.

Where did you end up going for PPF around here? I have to do that in October.

Also, pretty sure I sat in your car while it was on the lot and thats what sold me on mine. Got the same thing.

Unique Auto Finishing in Munhall. Tell Allen I sent you. Maybe he will throw me discount when I get wife's X7 done.

They still have to do the black plastic on the front bumper because they did not have a kit for 22 yet and those parts are different. They hand cut the other sections but didn't want to damage the plastic because that could not be fixed if scratched.

Did you get your's from Rahal as well? Who was your SA? If you saw it there between Aug 8-12, then it was likely mine since it was waiting for the tire replacement.

If you want ceramic coated use Devilish Details in Pittsburgh, he comes to your house.

#2 of 4 arrived today. Upon checking the FEDEX site, 3 & 4 left Ocala, FL this morning. Please let them arrive tomorrow!?!?

Seems odd to me that all 4 boxes were picked up together from the same location, brought to the same distribution center and they are being delivered at such different times.

Oh well, I guess I will be checking the FEDEX site again this evening to monitor the progress.

Question is, do I stick with the Vossen center caps (the blue is close but doesn't match the car) or do I go back to the BMW ones?

295 section rear tires really help the perception of width on this car. Would love a down-low, dead-on shot of the rear if you get the chance!

Installed the 3D Maxpider floor mats last week. Front, rear and cargo. They fit very nicely all around.

Had my break-in service completed yesterday. Now, to find the time to try launch control!!!

BTW, they also did a software update while in for the service to add Track option when pushing the M Mode button on the console.

Looks amazing Ed! 6/8 weeks to go for my MBB to arrive here in the UK.
I'll be keeping mine stock, but I do concur , your Vossen's look amazing, and the wider stance does add to a more aggressive, "pumped" look.
I agree too, that I would return to the BMW "centre" caps, personally I like the BMW Centre Caps, as part of the wheel "look", no disrespect to Vossen intended.

So I got this as a Christmas gift from my son who found it on Etsy.

Thought it was pretty neat to have on my desk to look at when I am not actually driving mine.

blackout tinting is also a good option.
