Any chance you can post a side shot? Wasn't sure if the .1" less side wall and .2" height made any visual difference.

Any issue in cranking the wheel either way?

I was think about having PPF applied to the lower rear. Hopefully it won't be that expensive.

Thanks again guys for posting these pictures and confirming proper fitment without spacers. While these Pirelli's are a huge downgrade from the OE Michelin 4S's at least I can use the X3 during winter with this setup.

Huge downgrade for the track. Everyday driving and hooning, no.

@knepsterd I tried t send you a message but your inbox is full. Did you have to use any spacers or make any modifications for the larger all season tires you put on your x3mc? That's my only holdout of the x3mc is I must have all season tires here in Ohio and every dealership said larger all season tires or even a peg setup won't work.

At least a couple on this forum have gone with 265/40/21f 295/35/21r WITHOUT spacers and have said NO rubbing and no problems!

I'll be doing the same with Michelin PS4S as soon as my X3MC is delivered!

Is this safe to say for x3m only or as m40i as well on the front specifically ?

I'll be testing this setup myself, but I cannot imagine I'll be able to pull off 3.4-3.5 to 60 with all seasons. If so I'll be so thrilled.

I was going through 4s's every season on my F80 so an added bonus of this compromised all season setup is tread life.

Go back to page two - posted a bunch of pics of my xm3c the day I added the all-seasons. 295/35/21 in the rear and 265/40/21's in the front with NO SPACERS. A week later and absolutely no rubbing what-so-ever. I also think the ride improved to be honest. I am now on the hunt to see what size spacers are going to give it even a better look. The rears look like 12mm's might do it but the front may take more... Does anyone know what IND ran on theirs??

So, I've got the Pirelli Scorpion Zero AS setup in 265/40 and 295/35 going on Monday during my RIS. Just wanted to check with those of you who have been running these for a few weeks now and see if anyone had anything negative to report before proceeding? TIA!

Glad to hear it! With some pretty cold temps and potential snow incoming next week, I will be glad to get the Conti's off and some all seasons on.

What are your thoughts on mounting 305/35 on the rear? They seem to match the stock 265/40 in diameter. I also think it will fit on the 10 inch wide rim. Question is, will spacers be required.

Oh man I'll be pissed if i hear 305's fit on the stock rim.. The 295's make it better - but I still would have liked it wider.

I’m not gonna say if they are fit or they will not fit. There is not much space to the inner fender liner on the rear. I don’t think it will look right. The front will have a little bit of stretch and the rear will be wider than the rim

You do make a very good point. Would need a 1/2" wider rim on the rear to match up visually.
I appreciate the feedback.

Not on the stock rims... 265f 295r seems like the best setup. (you could always add 12-15mm spacers...)
