What you need depends not on you car's build date, but rather the version of ISTA/P last used to program the car.

You can try E-Sys 3.18.4 with 48.3 PSdZData, but you may need E-Sys 2.22.5 with 49.1 PSdZData if the car was recently programmed.

Read the car with E-Sys and if you have CMB_MEDIA in your SVT, then you have a Combox.

Or decode your VIN, and see if you have option 6VC:

Unfortunately not. But you should still read your car SVT with E-Sys just to verify there is no CMB_MEDIA module. Since you do not have 609 NAV I don't expect you to have one, but it does not hurt to check.

I changed HU_CIC / ACOUSTICAL_LOCK_CONFIRM to aktiv, and able to see the option in idrive.But can not choose it.

Probably because your car does not have factory alarm system (DWA), so the lock / unlock chirps will not work.
