It's always seasonal, but for now it's lightly boiled eggs and toast with butter or peanut butter with a hot cup of tea or berry juice.

8 scrambled egg whites,1 cup of Cream Of Rice mixed together w a few raisins thrown in for taste at 4am before I train,then again at 7am after I train. No pics as I doubt any of you wanna see that but it serves its purpose keepin me lean&mean in my 50s

Although my monthly quota of McDonald's breakfast has been fulfilled... so come October - I'll be going back to the regular egg & cheese.
