I tried another BBQ pizza yesterday using the parchment paper. A simple funghi using portobello mushrooms and mozza/cheddar blend.
The paper was a little singed on the bottom but otherwise fine although, I did brush EVOO over the surface. I should eventually get it right. Emphasis on eventually.

Pasta sauce. It went in the oven this morning a 225° for slow baking. Now ready for dinner and some tubs for the freezer.

Coleslaw with cabbage, carrots, celery, EVOO, Balsamic vinegar and some sugar.
And a mini 2 layer lasagna with a couple of pasta slices cut in half to fit. Homemade sauce, cottage cheese and mix cheddar blend topping.
