aHAHAHA, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO VARGAS KIND SIR?

I like splash guards, I found them painted white on Aliexpress, although the white is a tad off.

Wait your SAV is BLUE!!!
Do you have the link handy for those splash guards pls and thank you?

Just go to Aliexpress and roll through the various options…. I just made sure it could fit our body style and there were a couple of manufacturers to choose from. All inexpensive.

30 bucks for black and 38 painted.

They also come in blue, but beware the paint color might not match properly . The white is brighter compared to to my Alpine white, but it fits.
Thanks! I have AW as well, for $38 I can live with non-identical paint match to save the original paint on the lower parts of the car from all the street crap.

I didnt fit them no, paid someone. Any car body shop worth their salt will be able to fit them. I brought them from China. The body shop I took them to were surprised with how good the quality was, they fit like a glove; even have the cut out for the welcome lights.

I've got a set in the box. Are these fairly painless for a below average handyman? I've put this upgrade off because some of the videos show drilling into the existing trim.

I didn't have to drill anything..the one time use rivets just pop off with a trim tool, no need to drill into them for it to release.

So upgrade my door lamp projectors from the stock ones and they are brighter.

passenger door is stock and the one on drivers door is the aftermarket one.

Per Burr's comment below, you can safely ignore most of my bullshit. That said, Burr is a sucker for Aliexpress and has already cost several of us thousands of dollars in various trinkets for our cars (preferably manufactured by a 9 year old in a developing economy).

The strut bar ( found by Burr) in my view made the front end feel noticeably tighter. Moreover the OEM strut bars are total garbage, while the aftermarket one is a pretty solid light piece of aluminum. Make sure you torque it to 30nm. The old strut bars…just pick them up when you get the new bar installed. They are surprisingly flimsy and and cheap. I am now going to look at some strut braces for the rear undercarriage of the car which also has some cheap, corner cutting OEM bullshit.
