Well the seller has replied to me already asking for photos of this spoiler, so I might get a refund.

The diffuser has been stopped by customs again so I'm giving up on that and I've requested a refund.

That really blows with regards to the diffuser. Maybe try another seller or someone on AliExpress? I think they pretty much all come from the exact same factory no matter the seller but perhaps you'll get someone else that can do a better job with the customs forms for it.

It really is a good looking spoiler, the seller is only prepared to give $30 refund, but that should pay for around half the respray cost, so it's still a very cheap spoiler!

I ordered the diffuser on 28th April, so I've really had enough of it now. I've emailed a BMW parts department to see if the black factory diffuser from the updated M Sport Plus package is available yet, if not I'll probably get mine sprayed along with the spoiler.

An M Performance Diffuser does not yet exist for the M40i. I only know this because I check every day of my miserable life living with the one they gave us!!

I don't mean an M Performance diffuser, I just mean the stock factory one in gloss black.

No doubt, just wondering if it would truly be worth the cost between the part and the painting. After all it isn't a massive difference.
