Picked up my '23 in Aventurin Red yesterday and could not be happier with the color and how it changes color in different lights. Well worth the upgraded price in my opinion. Now I'm just waiting on the black X3 M40i lettering for the back tailgate, the silver color sticks out like a sore thumb. Black lettering should be part of the shadowline package.

There's a fully loaded '23 Aventurin Red M40i in the showroom at Hendrick BMW Charlotte if anyone is looking. $70k. They have a loaded BG M40i as well.

Minnetonka BMW, straight sticker with a $750 loyalty rebate. I did discover they pulled the drivers lumbar support very quietly despite it being a standard feature. BMW should be required to notify their custom orders when they change standard features.

I came out of a '19 M40i and I will say I am impressed with the LCI changes and like the ride better, dropped ventilated seats on this one and the seat comfort is much improved.

Thanks..Local dealer is offering same with me but really hosing me (IMO) on the trade for me 21 M340i…I could deal with paying sticker if they would at least show me some love on the other end. Don't mind them making money but $8k (just a guess) on a $70k don't sit well with me…and I'm a repeat customer..Oh well welcome to the knew norm…

I love the color. Great news the Minnetonka is still straight sticker. Did you still have to get the tinting package?

Yeah still has the package but honestly between the xpel protection and tint I would do it anyway and I’ve priced it out outside of the dealer and it’s the same for the expel maybe a hundred bucks more on the tint.

When you finalize yours go in on the last day or two of the month and tell them you want just over cost on any extras like extended maintenance , wheel plan, dent removal etc. . I’ve done on three cars now and they hooked me up all three times.

Thanks! I was told I still qualify for the window package so we'll see when we talk final numbers.

I've been on the fence about the maintenance package so we'll see.

Enjoy the ride!

Great looking car! I love my Carbon Black, but I would have ordered that color if it had been available when I ordered my car! Congrats!!
Late to the party here... I like the color a lot - the fam is not sold and so my first Carbon Black BMW will be ordered... (well is ordered).

Wanted the ventilated seats, so also doing black interior.

Here we go, this looks much better with blacked out lettering.

After 5 days of driving this thing I have to say I cannot believe the ride is even better than my '19 M40i.

@Nbmedic's user avatarNbmedic once your X3 was built, about how long did it take for transport from factory to when you picked it up from the dealer?

Sorry Flippco didn’t get notified of your question. It was done on the 25th and at Minnetonka BMW on the 30th. They took that day to do the tint and bra.

The black badges I purchased separately. Super easy to install using plastic dash trim tools (could use a small plastic putty scraper too) and carefully masking off the edges of the old badges so they line up exactly the same. Took me about 15 minutes. Old ones popped right off, carefully cleaned up any residue from the 3M tape and stuck the new badges on.

The clear protector was part of a protection package the dealer installed with front window tint so I don't know the total but guessing the tint was 400 the protection was 2200. Entire front, including headlights and side mirrors. Worth it imo.
