Exactly why mine stay. I live out in the country. The land of pick up truck and trailers. I need all the vis I can give.

X3M non-comp rebadge

After switching to black grill and fender vents, chrome emblems looked out of place. I tried debadging first and then just a black M. Decided that black X3M without "competition" was the way to go. Disclaimer-just my personal opinion.

Got a non comp here as well. Switched out the grills and side vents and was sent on putting the black M back like you, but then decided on keeping the x3M chrome to match the quad exhaust tips...looks nice either way imo

Take your point about the chrome tips. I am waiting for some carbon exhaust tips to arrive from China. If they do not look good, I will paint my chrome tips. Someone else on the forum did this to good effect. The OEM black tips are expensive.

Will those fit perhaps? I don’t know the OEM sizes.

None of the BMW Performance or "replica" tips will fit. X3M exhaust outlets are too big. I have a thread on the Forum "Muffler Tips". I went with the covers listed below and will try to fit them in place of the OEM tips. Not scheduled to arrive until end of May. Will be sure to update when they turn up.

Nice debadge and rebadge. Now, that's one car I wouldn't bother doing a reflector delete on. You're good!
