I really liked the Cerium trim at first but wasn't a fan of the maintenance of it and how easily it would show water spots. Plus it bothered me a bit that the Cerium seemed out of place with the gloss black window trim. I ended up swapping all Cerium pieces out for gloss black.

Here's cerium on Brooklyn Grey…
It had spots from the minute I brought it home right up until I ceramic coated the car. It's been perfect ever since.
Would I switch to gloss black? Maybe.

Cerium looks great on my Phytonic blue. Also no issues with water spots on mine.

There are tons of pics of Cerium trim on BSM. Personally, I had a 2019 in Carbon Black Metallic and did not care for the Cerium trim so I went all black:
