I got a good look at a MS F25 2.0SE today when parked up. Last time I saw a MS on the highway it made me change my colour as it looked too gold, today it looked great and the trim combo too. It had no X-line but IMO you only need x-line on dark colours and std wheels.

Official MINERAL SILVER METALLIC X3 Photos Thread
Picked her up late last week. Put a coat of wax on this weekend just because I wasn't sure how good the factory/dealership was about waxing before delivery. Also had the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint of the others.

Awesome PIC's. Thanks for sharing pictures with the tinted windows. They look great adding a more sporting character to the SAV!

Awesome look with the Oyster/Silver inside!
I really like mineral silver but not sure I can deal with the large black swipe across the rear bumper. I don't mind black rubber trim per say but I think this is too large and I just know it will likely be changed with 2014 LCI. Should I just "get over it" if I love the color? I have the same issue with Space gray and Tit Silver, can't help focusing on it. I still want the X3 but am probably going with Sapphire black because of this. Here's what I plan to order, any advice or opinions welcomed! 2013 X3 28i (new N20 engine-drove it, love it). Inside-mojave w/ fineline wave dark wood Premium pkg, Tech pkg, Convenience pkg, Satellite radio, Now that the nicer wheels are standard, I'm thinking of passing on the Sport Activity package. A beautiful SAV after all !
Initially, i didn't really like the X3... i kind of found it not pretty and awkward...
... but once i look at the new X1, and coming back here, I am in love with the X3 now. Comparing the X3 to its younger/smaller siblings, it's night and day. The X3 is some much more prettier than the ugly looking sur-elevated station wagon in-a-body-of-a-SAV X1! This X1 might be a success in the European Countries, but for North America, i think the X3 would be a better choice... Thanks for all the pictures here, i am liking the X3 a lot more than i ever was a few months back. I am not even tempted and would like this car to be my GF's next choice. How does this X3 compare to the RX350 from Lexus (size-wise)? Anyone made a jump from the Lexus to the X3? Impressions ? Maybe i ought to make a separate thread.... Can someone please post picture of the boot, and the interior truck ?

Appreciate if any forum members who received delivery of the new mineral silver X3 post their pictures on this thread. Still waiting for mine which is expected to be delivered in October 2014 Can't wait to see actual pictures of a mineral silver one with the 'facelift" features.
