Ok I have a few questions that need clarity. I'm fbo with bm3 using multimap stg2 agg flex fuel tune b58 gen 2. I enjoy the fact that I don't need to be exact when filling e85 and how the tune will scale automatically with the stock turbo.

I have in my possession a new vtt gc turbo and I'm not sure I'm willing to ditch the stock turbo yet as I was told that if i install the new turbo, I will lose the flex fuel tune and will need to have a dedicated e30 or e50 map to run the gc turbo.

Wouldn't the ots map work with the hybrid turbo on flex fuel tune? I'm sure I'm not hitting full potential having a specific e map. But I'm really enjoying the flexibility.

Yes and no, with the upgraded turbo I would highly recommend going with a custom tune flex is possible from e0-e85 with e50 being the most power as the ots maps are not made to work forever but more of a get you going until you can order a custom tune.

Once you install your VTT you would just need a custom flex fuel tune, it will then act like your stock turbski with OTS.

Installed catted DP and flashed to ACN 91 stage 2.

I have to say it's disappointing. I did a few 3rd gear pulls, the timing pulls are so ugly. I don't know what a nice stage 2 log should look like, but the measured torque at clutch was almost everywhere lower than stage 1 ACN. The 0-60 time was roughly the same as stage 1 ACN.

Stage 2 ACN 91,

Stage 1 ACN 91 done 10 minutes after. The
timings are completely clean.

Maybe. Probably flex fuel kit too because who knows E85 here is off by how much.
But I still want to see what the car puts out with pump fuel. It’s a daily driver most of the time.
I hope to understand what is wrong with these correction before moving on.

Open a support ticket to PTF
help desk and send them the logs. They may ask you for further data. But they are very good in dealing with issues or telling us that the issue is not a issue.

I’ll try to look soon, I’ve been busy non stop with development on a new pi controller, constant dynos, and ofc the other 20+ tunes I deal with daily. It’s a hard life as a tuner😂 suby01 can testify we have the fastest turn around time out there as an e- tuner!
