Yes, the M Performance one. But that one doesn't have the cutout below the steering wheel heater button like the one on the new M3/M4.
AutoTecknic is your only option.
BMW copied AutoTecknic's design and slapped an M badge on it. Lol.
So this one from the new M3 won't fit the F97?
Only fit if you change the airbag too.
Not going to change the airbag out (I wonder if that could cause a safety issue). Thanks for the response Ben.

What would be the best option to get cf trim for 22x3m with driving assistance professional steering wheel since they have the light bars above the buttons?

Yea, exactly.
I thought X3M and X4M doesnt have it.
It supposed to be only available on 5/7/8 series and X5/X6/X7 series.

You know 2/3/4 and X1/X2/X3/X4 are the budget build.

LCI comes with Full idrive 7 now so gets driver assistance professional whereas preLCI only got driver assistance Plus.

Can you PM the link to which one? I have a '22 X3M coming and I am interested in this but I want to make sure I get the correct one for my LCI, also, are there any installation instructions available?

judging by the promo video, i assume the mperformance steering wheel from the G8x should fit the LCI. tbh it wouldnt make financial sense for BMW to provide different types for a single platform. the X3M has always been a parts-bin build so with the updated design, im sure all the parts will carry over and install without issue.

that being said, i havent ordered the steering wheel (i can live without heated steering wheel but i NEED the driving assist pro), but i ordered all the OEM CF trim parts from the G8x (upper trim, lower trim, paddles). they are backordered but once i get them in my hands i’ll install and report back.

Paddle will fit. Not the steering wheel trim, unless you change to G20 / G8x Steering wheel and Airbag.

This is the trim piece I would really like to change, scratch/finger print magnet...but I have not found a replacement yet, hopefully, someone will come out with one soon enough, in the meanwhile, I am actually thinking of ppf'ing the darn piece of plastic.

Actually that's a really good idea. I did asked Ben about it and would love to replace the center console to a cf one like the g8x. Unfortunately, no one is making a replacement.

I'd love to for the plastic buttons, the glass look is greasy and glare is annoying. I miss the mechanical feeling, also easier to navigate blindly.
