I'm looking at an X4M Competition: Dealer has offered:

MSRP $86,495
Dealer discount $6335
Loyalty and lease incentive $4250
Money Factor of .00128
Doc fee $299
Some kind of lease fee $925
They are eating 5 months of lease payments (turning my existing x3 in)

Thoughts? They have this in stock. Trying to maximize the deal prior to the end of year. Should I take it? Should I negotiate more? How much more?

What car are they doing a five month pull ahead. Usually they will do 2-3
Is it a vanilla trimmed 3 or x3
Or a 7 series or m5

Did the deal last night 12/24. 11.5% off before incentives. $5,500 in incentives (finance + loyalty). Was pretty happy with the deal. I did push for 12% but it wasn't going to happen.

Not bad! Happy holidays. 0.5% isn't a big difference either way.

For anyone looking in and around Long Island, I can get you setup with someone for a solid deal, 9% (or even more on certain cars, usually more) off MSRP pre-incentive, without any negotiation. If you want a smooth and easy transaction before end of year, PM me and I can get you setup.

Sample deal (this one is closer to 10% off):

BSM X3M Comp
MSRP: $80,335
Monthly: $749/mo + your local tax
Due at signing: 1st month, DMV, acquisition fee.
The deal assumes you qualify for the loyalty credit.

Yeap 12 percent of msrp on X3mc is profit barometer

Most 82,300 or so models can be had for $750 at a few dealers in tri state I'm finalizing as we type
Drive off 4500 for taxes and fees

Hard to get 12, they're technically losing a little bit at 12 I believe on the front end. Losing a lot if they don't hit their number.

Thoughts on this deal?

2020 BMW X3MC

msrp: 84395

discount 8,400
rebate 4250 (lease credit/loyalty)
adjusted price 71745
doc fee 85
tax 411.82 ???
non tax fees 1745
balance 73986.82

lease payment 863 with tax with total drive off $3105 (non tax fees, tax, doc fee, first payment).

Not sure what the tax is as it is applied to monthly payments in California.

Similar deal I got back in September. Pretty solid. I purchased the brake maintenance plan also. Tax here is 7.75% inland empire.

Received an offer from Faulkner BMW in Lancaster, Pa yesterday for 10% off MSRP + $4250 incentive. Unfortunately the deal isn't going to work for me because of my trade-in but took a quick phone call for that deal so there may be a little more room for negotiation. If anyone is local I would definitely give them a call and ask for John.

I really think over the next month dealers will be more motivated to sell.
Cars.com shows 1148 X3M listed for the last few weeks. No one is buying them..

I have purchased 3 different BMW's this year. Unfortunately, not all at the same dealer.

There will always be someone else's deal that is better than the one you are getting or got.

You have to ask yourself, are you happy with the deal you are getting? If not, keep working it. It's okay to walk away. It's a New M, not a used car that might be gone tomorrow.

I knew the deal on my X3M build was solid but I wanted to be greedy. I emailed the signed purchase agreement to 3 large volume dealerships, in 3 different states. All had a similar spec'ed X3M's (different color and interior) on there lot versus my build but all 3 said to take the deal I had in hand. Sure, I could have kept looking but I felt this was a good sign for my deal.

IMO, dealership will start moving them quickly in the new year and more so in the Northeast. The 2020 model year ends 3/2020. There is a high likelihood that BMW will announce the LCI for the 2021 with ID7 and live cockpit (hopefully like M8) in late January / early Feb.

The dealerships with 20 plus X3/4m's with a ton of M40i's will be doing the best deals.

Happy hunting and be prepared to smile from ear to ear when you do get it!

Cheers

I got a great deal today. Took my leased 2018 M3 and bought it out, total wash. No negative equity.
Got 36/10 $750 a month , drive off fees tax and acquisition $4500. 82695 sticker.

Nice Deal!! Congratulations.

I will be very interested in your review / compassion of the X3MC to the M3. That was one of the best M3's, IMO.

Actually, you really need a new set of wheels as well - 21" relatively wide nice shiny OEM rims really aren't what you want through a New England winter.

I was able to strike a deal when I got the car and got black OEM 20" with Scorpions for $2,600. For a car I am leasing!
