Runflats kill the ride completely. Any change in tire pressure is overshadowed by the atrocious runflats. 50psi makes no objectionable ride comfort difference for me. Historically I have run vehicles to high mileage, with 200k miles as a goal to aim for. Getting high mileage out of brakes and tires is a game for me.

Finally installed the gloss black rear wiper cover... definitely goes better with the shadow line trim on the rest of the car.

Wash day, and detailed the engine bay. The car is 3 years old with 29k miles. It's been a great ownership experience so far.

I removed the middle headrest. This makes the view to the rear much more pleasant.

100% It's funny, now that temps are up again I dropped my tire PSI back down to the minimums (32 front, 35 rear) and the difference in ride quality by dropping 3 ish psi - or rather the difference in jostling skittery jitteriness - is pretty significant. Went from quietly avoiding driving to "ok these Bridgestones aren't bad"... I imagine 50psi would be like driving on solid brick.

Lol. I have 21's and I believe spec is 39/39. I ran mostly 35/35 even tho I do a lot of 100+mph and you're supposed to go even higher. I switched to Michelin PS4S non run flat and still running 35/35 and it's definitely nicer. I prefer not going 39/39 or even higher for 100mph+ due to harsh ride at like 42/45 for 100mph+ spec. I don't personally have issue with potholes in my normal routes and I do avoid the very few that I'm aware of on my routes. My new tires are a bit chunkier too so I feel my Alenzas would become damaged before my Michelin's now too.

I've been thinking about removing the middle for two weeks. I'll do it tomorrow, thanks for the incentive I needed!

Over 3 SUV/SAV since 2013, only 2 peoples (neighbour) sat in the back for 2 trips totalling less than 80 miles... So, I have no needs for them but just in case, they are really available.
