I paid for tire and wheel protection when I bought it so I didn’t have to pay anything for this trip but I would have raised hell if that was my bill.

They also forgot to put the 50th emblem cap back on the wheel and looked at me like I was being unreasonable for asking them to put it back on

519 for labor and they couldn't even put the center cap back on lol. What a joke.

I started installing the MSS suspension.
Finished the rears last night. Took me 2.5 hours for the first side, then 1 hour for the 2nd.
The issues I ran into mainly involved my spring compressors. Pulling off the stock springs was easy enough. Installing the new orange ones was more challenging. It's difficult to get the compressors positioned where you can compress the spring enough to get the top bolt installed. Pretty much everything else was straightforward.

Ordered the ER pipe from Ben today while it is on sale.
100%. I’m running Ben’s mid pipe on my 2023. Definitely deletes the secondary cats, and NO CEL issues at all. Don’t have to worry about emissions checks of any kind luckily so can’t speak on any of that. See pic. Resonator is at the bottom of the mid pipe and secondary cats are up top.

CA doesn't require sniff test on new cars. Visual is depending whether they know what was supposed to be there or not.
Also, you won't need smog for the first 7 or 8 years, and based on what I see, almost 0% California car lovers keep their cars after 5 years.

They ended up putting a new one but I wanted to see how the dealer handled things given it was all covered by insurance. If I was going out of pocket I wouldn’t think twice about going elsewhere.

The Eventurimimtak, eland cf scoops look great. I love Cf but was disappointed couldn’t see the scoops. So decided to wrap them in CF blue ( car is blue). More visible now. Thought about red cf or red/black cf wrap but went with blue.

MSS springs settled a bit. 12mm spacers added. On a road trip and got caught up in some rain so it's dirty as hell.

On my 2-week-old X3MC:
1. Paint Correction
2. Opti Coat Pro 5 years
3. 12 mm spacers all around
4. Front & rear reflectors delete
5. Xpel window tint

#3 & 4 are part of the IND-Distribution F97 LCI Essential Kit. In my opinion a must.

Looks fantastic. My MSS are going on soon once I find an installer. Question for you: what tint % did you go with on the front windows? Looks a little lighter than the rears which I am considering as well. I think the match to 25% looks great but too dark for me when driving.

Looks good…did you install the rear reflector deletes yourself? Did the bumper need removed?

I installed them myself. Removing the tail lights (3 bolts) took about five minutes for each side.

I tried this as well removing the taillight. I easily was able to get to the top fastener to pinch it and get it to pop out. However had no luck reaching the bottom one.

How did you get to the bottom fastener?

First, I covered the paint with painter's tape. Once the top one was released, I wiggled it back and forth until the plastic broke off. I did it slowly; it worked without damaging the hole or the bumper.

Installed the AA single midpipe this past weekend, and boy was I surprised. Sounds louder than I thought it would and definitely gets rowdy!
