Well, your method is all techy and impressive and stuff, but I usually just stick my head out the window and measure by how fast my lips are flapping (BPM, beats per minute as they slap together).
Yeah, maybe your way is more accurate now that I think about it. Plus you probably don't have numb lips when you get home.

Did you tried the hidden menu ? maybe there is something about the turbo.
You have to push the start button and the trip reset button simultaneously for a couple seconds(not pushing brake pedal)then ad the sum of the five last digits in the vin (like 5 if if you have 11111) and enter the sum in the right sub-menu. I didnt try it. |

The only things that come up are: Main Menu 01 ID 02 System Test 03 Test End 04 Unlock I can cycle through with the trip button, but nothing else changes anything. |

BTW, to enter the sum of the last 5 digits, you have to use the trip button and press it x times

For me I did:
1. Press and hold trip and start until "main menu" appeared 2. Press trip 4 times until '04 unlock' highlighted 3. Press and hold while on '04 unlock' until next menu shows 4. Next menu asks for a code 5. Press trip as many times as x (code will count up) 6 When you get to the right number do another press and hold on trip and multiple more menus appeared Might have the words/description a little off, perhaps I should video it... |
