I really dislike all service providers tbh. I've gone from verizon to t-mobile and I'm stuck with AT&T atm.

Someone tried to explain to me how the cell phone towers work and what not but even if att is inheriting more frequencies by buying out Sprint, wouldn't it not affect the reception since they would also be inheriting the current Sprint customers? Been with att for a long time, switched to t-mobile about 2 years ago. Never looked back. Obviously it just comes down to which area you live/work in that matters as far as good service coverage. They have great customer service as well, which att did not show me.

I'd be disappointed if this goes through...

Bad for me... My wife and I have been with Tmo since '01 or '02 and while the service is not always the greatest, I can't complain. I've been on their tzones unlimited data plan for $5.99/mo for 6 years now and I highly doubt AT&T will let me keep that going forward. Hopefully, I'll be able to milk that for another year until the deal is finalized.
