Very nice, thanks for the pics!
Does anybody know when this will be available in the US? Also does anybody know if this black xline trim roof rails will be able to order as an option for non-M-Sport models as well? I know it is possible with the X5, my friend has all black trim and roof rails on his X5 which is not an M-Sport, but maybe the X5 just has an option of either silver or black trim? |

Well done. Thanks for sharing. I was just looking at the one we have on the lot. What a difference the M Sport makes!

I think you're right. Really odd. Maybe they are trying to see how it looks with both versions, but using 1 test mule.

Guys, I was at a local dealer this week and saw, side by side, a loaded X3 and an X5 SAV. The sticker price on the X3 was $55k!!!! And I have to say that the looks were absolutely incomparable, despite obvious vast improvements on the X3. I have been VERY eager to see an X3 with M-package, but I have to assume its MSRP will inch close to $ 60k, so at that point, for almost the same price, you get a fantastic-looking X5. Granted it is a huge car, but it seems to me that the only deciding factor at that level will be "need of space/size", no?

think it is no longer pretty especially front bumper and small tires. What happened to the earlier pretty front bumper photos of the X3 M package in white released in July? These ones has some kind of hideous strips/reflectors on the front bumper for whatever reason.
