I ordered these from TPMS com and had them installed in my xywheels last Tuesday along with a new set of tires. The sensors read right away, no issues there. However, today I had a flat and found that the nut on the valve stem was loose. Checking the other valve stems, all of them were loose enough to turn by hand but the others hadn't lost any air.

No problem with mine. Been 7 months now and no air lost. Sounds like an installation error.

Finally ordered my wheels - 892M style OEM finish ( 20x10xET25).

Wondering if anyone else has ordered similar wheels and can recommend tire size?

Would love a wider/fuller if tire size makes a difference.

Thanks in advance guys - let the wait begin!!

hey i was noticing the cb is 66.4mm in your picture.
but the oem wheels call for 66.6mm, just a heads up… unless you done the research already.
and u can run 275/40, 275/35 and probably 295/35 size even.

What’s up brother, thanks for calling that out. In the latter pages of this thread a few users were going back and forth on this.. ultimately the manufacturer has vowed 66.45 is the recommended size and to make right any misalignments so I’m taking his word.

Thanks for the tire sizes also!

ok np. i hope they are correct. you can confirm with bmw too. id hate for ur wheels to arrive and they dont fit, and then have to wait for replacements. ive went thru 1-20 page in this here and the 3d drawings on page 7, they all say 66.6mm cb.

I cant recall of some people getting the smaller bore if they confirmed fitment.

Online looking at Apex wheels and other big brands the center bore is 66.6.

I added blue Loctite to all of the stems and so far no more issues.

Looking into getting a set myself but want to stick with the 21’s. I know the factory width / offset but notice a lot of people running spacers with 892M’s. Any idea what a better offset would be to get a more flush fitment?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience and ask for your perspective, especially from those who have dealt with Ian Jin before.

At the beginning of December, based on recommendations from this group, I contacted Ian Jin and ordered a set of replica 818M wheels. Payment was made via Alibaba. During the process, I received a video from the production line and later photos of the finished wheels, which all looked reassuring.

On 15.01.2026 I received a tracking number. However, last week a small package arrived that contained only BMW center caps with the name “James” written on the package. No wheels.

Alibaba has now closed the transaction, so I can only leave a review, and communication with Ian has become reduced. His last message from 03 Feb. was that the wheels are supposed to arrive in Europe on March 3rd.

When I check the UPS tracking number I received from Ian, it only says that UPS is waiting to receive the shipment from the sender. The package with the center caps had a completely different tracking number.

My question to the group: is this a normal procedure that you have experienced as well, or should I be worried that I might have been scammed out?

Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I've ordered two sets of wheels and that's how it worked both times. It's hard to be patient but your wheels will get there.

Yep the tracking won’t update until the wheels pass customs and the delivery company has them. You can ask Ian or whoever from the business to give you the boat name and track the boat as well.

Process seems to mirror mine and most others who have purchased.

It is weird that “James” is still a referenced name there since I was informed he was “no longer with the company” granted there’s more than 1 James in the world, seems like an interesting coincidence.

I think the name remains but someone else is responding. 😂
