Not a great start and contract wording
Went to collect our 16 month old iX3 today but some of the cosmetic work which they promised to do hadn’t been done. Very apologetic etc but means another 150 mile round trip next week.
But just been looking at their T&C and this caught my eye for NEW cars. Unless I’m misreading it, it’s saying that if you want a particular option on a car, they can delete or change it and you can’t cancel? |

Giving them benefit of doubt - this may have been from pandemic when there were shortages and it says can't supply not that they messed up the supply of.

I’m sure it is from the pandemic but I still think the “sorry but it doesn’t have the sunroof or the HK hifi you really wanted but you still have to accept it” attitude is bad.
