The left ones are still different. The have rolled edges rather than a sleeve.

It’s the angle, I’ll get some better pics soon. But both tips are the same.

Any 93 is good enough for me. And I’m not touching it again. Just need a diffuser now.

The one thing that keeps me from ordering one of these Alibaba exhaust systems is the wireless remote for the valve operation that they all use. If there were a way to plug in the valve to the factory valve controller I would buy one tomorrow.

I have the M1 M2 buttons retrofitted so I can "open" the valve with a push of a button by putting the car into sport mode. I'd really like to avoid a separate button for the valve itself if possible.

Not sure if this would work, but I remember when I had my m340i and purchased the dinan exhaust it came with the valve splitter. Since the stock exhaust had a single valve and the dinan was dual valved that splitter made it possible to still use the sports button to activate it.

So if you can find one then sure. I’m still looking for one lol

Overall with being able to control the valves with a remote is pretty cool as in the mornings it’ll have the loud start up (dinan exhaust) but with this exhaust and the remote valves quiet … no roar just quiet. Personal preference for me.

I agree, the remote is fine. I bet it would be pretty easy to create a harness to control the valves using the stock plug.
