How to get rid of this msg?

I know it’s minor but is there a way to not show this msg every time I get in the car?

A similar message pops up in all my vehicles. It disappears in a second or two so I rarely even see it.

Yea it goes away quick, it’s just annoying to see every time. First world problems I know, just seeing if there’s a way to turn it off

You might be able to code that off. Search the forum on how to do that.

Have your hand on the dial and click OK as soon as you start the car.

It can be coded out with an obd connector + tools/apps. E.g., BimmerCode

Can also code out the warning when you use the parking cameras and navigation too.

Awesome! Thank you!! While we’re at it, have you seen anything in there that will let me keep my radio on what it was on when I was on the car last? Every time I get in there it switches to CarPlay and I have to press the button to bring it back to the radio. I would think there would be some kind of default setup but there isn’t. Or at least I haven’t seen it

Should be part of your car profile in a way... search around in those options in the idrive. Many of us dont even use radio anymore so its a hard question to answer.
