What make are OEM brake pads and discs?

Hi. Looking to change both on my M40i.

Does anyone know what make the UK OEM parts are?

Many thanks in advance.

Unable to find info on the brake disc’s but it looks like the pads are Brembo.

The link below takes you to an eBay listing, if you check out one of the last photos it shows Brembo.

Front caliper is Brembo. Rear caliper is TRW.

I'm pretty sure the front pads are also Brembo, not sure about the rears. I replaced my rears with ATE pads - feel fine to me.

When I was researching the only two piece replacements I found for the rotors were Brembo, so I'm pretty sure they are the OEM.

Thanks. The mechanic I use has recommended ATE and he says they are really good.

The part nos were from BMW parts system based on VIN no
(No idea why pads say G30 - but the P/N matches the ETK

That's not good, I'll be sourcing and taking my business elsewhere when its time for brakes.

If you look at the My BMW app schedule a service, my local dealer pricing is £941 to replace front disc/pads, and £716 to replace the rear, so £1657 in total lol. Fu*!ing crazy prices lol

M40i is equipped with brembo pads, both front and back - at least here in US. Rotors aren't brembos though.

You can replace with any decent aftermarket, e.g. ATE, TRW, etc. Brembo also sells rotors.

It's like 30min to change the front rotors/pads with a floor jack. I wonder what their system books service time as.
