Gesture Control volume changing problems

The gesture control volume on my X3 raises and lowers without any hand or arm movement. I took in to my dealer who said there was a service bulletin and did a software update https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...86894-9999.pdf. I drove the car today and still doing it. Anyone have a similar problem and get it solved without turning off gesture control?

This feature was doomed from the start. Just turn it off.
