My BMW app now working

Hello about 5 days ago my app stop working. I charged the car full and it still tells me I have 43% and 96miles and when I drive it it also tells me it parked at home and not at work. How can I fix this. Can anyone help. Thank you.

Every time when they are fiddling with it takes some time to get it working properly.
After recent update on app I can't ad any charging points or stops to planner, works fine in car.

App is not working again and when is no charging points, it is getting sily now👎

Mine comes and goes. It randomly booted me out a few weeks ago and told me my credentials were incorrect.

Deleted my car/driver profile and reinstalled the app on my phone too and that fixed it for a couple of weeks. It’s dudded itself again.

TBH I view it as a minor inconvenience and won’t care unless it starts doing random crap like unlocking the car or opening windows on its own like my old Merc did. I hated that car by the end.
