I'm sure the G01 LCI or even the next MY2020 will incorporate iDrive7 and Live Cockpit.

I actually like my current double dials cockpit better than the new one, so I won't change cars just to pursue the latest... I already have the HUD showing all the info that I typically need, and the iDrive split screen showing the Navigation map and the info on what's on radio. I really have no use of having all these info repeated again in another screen.

Besides, don't trust what you see in the promo pics on social media as what will actually be offered for sales. Just ask all the early adopters of 2018 X3 M40i how they like the steering wheel

That's a 30e rather than 30i, press releases are showing it with that digital cluster

I suppose tech is linked to G20 30e

You're right, that is an X5 dashboard!

BMW tends to use rendered images of other cars on their prototype/pre-production models. Look at any of the prototype reviews/photos of the X5 or 8 series and you'll see a G12 7 series on the dash. I think it means they haven't rendered the image for the X3 yet.

Looks like a nice promotion picture. The car does not look real tho. I know that it should look perfect in the promotion, but it also makes me trust the promotion less.
Dunno why but it is the thing that I have learned making pictures for my business IG account: the item should look neither too realistic nor too perfect. It should look like an average specimen. I really like my IG account, and I am proud that it has 30k followers now. OFC, I used some promotion from https://megafamous.com/buy-instagram-followers initially, but the majority of followers are mine, and I have earned them myself.
