Good time to buy an X3M?

I have an opportunity to pick up an X3Mc that's on the lot for a tick under MSRP. Exact config that I would have spec'd from the factory, so all good there.

However, given where the car is at in its lifecycle, market conditions, etc. is now a good time to get into the car?

If you can buy an M car for under MSRP right now, you buy it immediately.

If it's under MSRP and they're giving you the base rates to buy or lease then go for it.

Any M car at MSRP with no mark up in rate/add-on is a good deal with the current market conditions.

If you get it for MSRP and it has what you want, it’s a good deal. Under MSRP is even better.

You can essentially buy this car, drive it for a year, and sell it for barely under what you paid, given market conditions. No brainer imo

Make sure it's a 2022. They gave it a LCI/facelift for 2022 so it'll be pretty current for the next few years at least.

what everyone said above ^^ ... also, with restrictions on options due to chip shortage etc., you may not be able to spec your vehicle the way you want later on as those options may not be available for a while.

A customer of mine leased his 2020 X3MC and he said if I want to buy it at the end of his lease (Feb ‘23) he would sell it to me for his buyout price ($47k) since he only leases and never buys. Figure this is a deal I cannot pass up.

I saw people were selling the rights to the buyouts on their leases for a nice premium. Crazy!

Under MSRP is a thing you just really do not see anymore on these.

I would say buy it, and then buy my Remus Race Exhaust and Winter Wheels.
