I still have the Continental's so no personal experience with the X4MC yet since I only have 2500 miles. I was hoping to wear them out before replacing them.

My M4 with the PS4S did not make the noise over the same roads so I am hopeful it's the tires. Also you can find many posts on different threads saying the Michelins make it a lot better.

I’m old. My days of climbing into and out of a M3/M4 are behind me. X3 MC is easy to get and and out from, it’s fast, slightly cheaper than a loaded M3/M4, and can carry a lot of stuff. It’s tame enough for my wife to drive in efficient mode yet has the ballz I want. I’m quite happy with moving to the X3 MC.

AMEN BROTHER, My days of kidney pain inducing NYC potholes are behind me. I will never own a sports sedan or coupe while living here. Sport SUV Ftw. The fact that there are multiple suv that can be had for this price range with minor tuning that can go 10s in a 1/4 make it a no brainer in terms of a daily.
