Siriusxm missing channels?!?

Hey guys,

Has anyone had Siriusxm channels go missing, and maybe found an easy fix?

My 2020 X4M with ID6 somehow shows only 7 Siriusxm channels as of yesterday. The subscription is obvs active or I wouldn't be here posting, i've called the Siriusxm tech support line and had them resend the channels (refresh or whatever its called, based on my Radio ID). Turned the car off, left it for a while, tried the next day hoping it would just clear the "cache" and reload the full list of channel. Nada...

Has anyone experienced this before? I really hope I don't need to ping the SA for a deep dive into electronic diagnostics.

Do you have some sort of channel filter turned on? Like only showing a category or genre or fav list?

Not trying to be an ass or anything but sometimes it is something as simple as that.
