Need help troubleshooting electrical problem

Hey guys. I have interesting problem with my wife's X3. The car is 2011 BMW X3 35i. Couple days ago my wife was telling me that her car is doing some weird stuff. I have warning on the CIC 'possible windshielf wipers malfunction soon'.And the wipers are not working. When i try to unlock the car, the car unlocks and locks again, I have to use the physical key and unlock the car, but then the alarm will go off. The radio works but I can't control it, the Automatic lights are not working, the buttons on the steering wheel are not working, the climate control works but the AC doesn't. It's interesting that 1 fuse controls all of these functions. I removed the fuse but everything looked right. Couple days ago the car was hit by IDA hurricane but no water went inside the car. Has anyone had this type of issues on his x3? Thank you.

Have you looked in the battery compartment for water?

Actually not. I'm going to check for water in the battery first thing in the morning. Thank you

I replaced the battery just to be sure. I'm having the same issue. One interesting thing is that today everything was running normal for like 2hrs, then same thing happened again.

Does your home or auto insurance cover hurricanes? There's water somewhere it doesn't belong.
