Snap..I had sliced baguettes also with nothing on them and a cuppa.

Mid morning brunch.

Too fast for breakfast today, it was porridge then toast with l/f cheese triangle and a cuppa

Steamed cauliflower, sprinkle of bread crumbs, margarine, parsley, and a spoonful of my DYI pickled palm hearts pasta on top:



I have a special breakfast planned for tomorrow, so stay tuned.....

Recycled garbage instead of dish washer.

My DW was standing in front of the coffee pot watching it brew, so I grabbed a paper bowl rather than risking my life reaching into the dish cabinet.

I promise that I will use our best Corelle Ware cereal bowl for tomorrow's picture.....

When I visit my Mum, I always pick-up several loaves that I freeze. This is my last portion. It's from a small bakery in a ski area of Quebec. You have to call ahead and reserve your loaves.

I think I'll stick to just the food, gun and entertainment threads in OT lol
Anyways, this morning it's the usual but with instant coffee for a change.

I've been meaning to try it on toast

It is and have been been buying it lately, with the triangle portions you don't put on more than you have to. There were just two left in the store and I had them both.

Croissant, biscuit and marmalade.

I tried one teaspoon last night of what I was planning for my special breakfast this morning, to see how it tasted. Let's just say that the #2 train was running express this morning when I woke up, and I don't think that I can stomach a full serving right now. Long story short, I had Irish breakfast tea for breakfast, and will save the breakfast plans for the weekend.....

This morning the same fruit start and it's my last LC triangle so I'll coincide a two mile exercise walk with popping into the store.

I go through apples and bananas like toilet paper in the stores at the height of the pandemic. I just finished a box of Laughing Cow cheese. But full fat though. On my shopping list.

I like peanut butter on toast. And I like jam on toast. But I don't like pb&j sandwiches.

I eat them separately like a mf deviant.
