I had a bacon butty myself this morning. The new butcher I recently discovered has really nice english bacon. I guess you could say that I had an international breakfast, english bacon on toasted french bread washed down with a big ol' glass of ass, aka cranberry juice. Sorry, it was so tasty that it was gone before I thought to take any photos. It wasn't much to look at anyway. Ha, even the butter dish is empty.

The best cheese triangle I ever had was "Six de Savoie". We use to have it in Canada but I have not seen it for decades

Easy! Fry the sausage breaking it up as you go into crumbles. Add flour to create a roux. I use Wondra gravy flour. It doesn't leave lumps and you can whisk in more if it is too thin. Add milk (I use some heavy cream and milk), bring that to a slight boil and turn down heat until it thickens.

I add salt, pepper and a little cayenne pepper to mine as it thickens, but just season to taste.
