When we picked up my wife’s M40I on May 8th the salesman said he had to contact 2 people that had the HK deleted.

The 30i does not have it on the configurator but the M40i has it. I submitted it as part of my order May 12, but dealer said no guarantee it makes it on there. Will update on if it makes the build.

What features did you order? Were there any others the dealer thought may not make the cut?

I assume this was for an M40i?

Yes, M40i trim:
Wireless charging
Premium package
-HUD
-heated steering wheel
-heated front seats
Adaptive M suspension
Then obviously all the standard features of the trim level like adaptive LED lights.

Nothing else was mentioned to be at risk of not making the build.

Also, looking back I didn't take a hard enough look at premium vs executive package. Based on my other options it woulda been just $450 more to do executive over premium. 🥴

I just went to one of my local dealers. They had a couple 2021s on the lot, but none that had the color/options I wanted. I asked about a dealer trade and they said no one is trading and that factory ordering was the best course of action. So that’s what I did. They said production starts mid August.
