New to me 2007 with panoramic sunroof. When I bought it from the seller, I operated the sunroof and when the shade reached the full back position I heard a "crack" sound. Everything still seemed to operate just fine, except for one thing...
1) When the glass is closed, the shade remains about 1" open
2) When the glass is angled-up open, the shade closes that final 1"
3) Otherwise, everything operates perfectly (yea!)

It seems to me that #1 and #2 are reversed behavior. I don't recall 100% when I got into the car and first operated the roof where it was positioned, but it seems to me that when angled open, it makes sense for the shade to open a little to vent air...a good setting for when parked on a hot day. My F15 X5 works that way.

Edit: I did a full learning reset, and it didn't change anything.

Any hints on what may be broken? Slipped a gear or something? It doesn't match any of the discussions here or YouTube videos I can find...everything there are much more significant problems.
