Took me a while to install tuxmats in my x3 m40. I thought I would have the most difficulty with the driver side, but the rears are a major pain in the a** for tucking under the rear seat. It took me a couple of hours on and off with various adjustments, but I managed to fit them at last.
Definitely look great and cover the most area vs 3d maxpider and weathertech. +1 for having spent a lot of time cleaning weathertechs previously. I can wash the whole car in and out and it will still take me less time to do than cleaning the damn weathertechs after winter . Done with them... |

I have not tried Maxpider, but by the looks of it, I would go for their cargo mat, but not the floor mats as they seem to have lower edges than Tuxmats and do not look as nice imo. |

At 1,500 miles on my 2020 M40i, I added the Tuxmats. 40 min. install and didn't seem to have the issue in the rear seat. Fit like a glove. Now at 3,800 miles, no signs of wear, cleanup great. Highly recommend. Be careful of the cap that covers the install pin, it pops off all the time. I think I lost mine.
I might add that my partner added them to her 2014 Rav4 and slightly longer install but again, tight fit. Good quality. |

If anyone is interested in 3D Maxpider all weather floor mats in black they should be back in stock early November. I contacted customer service earlier last week.
