question about purchasing a 2020 X3

Hi, just wanted to get a general idea about all the discounts. My company has a coporate sales program, also a current BMW owner, USAA member. Looks like the corporate sales program does not let you apply the loyalty rebate so should the basic math be as follows?

MSRP - 9% discount - $4000 corporate sales rebate - $2500 finance rebate - $500 USAA member rebate?

Am I missing something here or subtracting too much?

Hi, does anyone know if there are loyalty or lease incentives on the X3e yet? I see the 30i and 40i have incentives but 30e isn't listed, so should I assume no incentives this month for builds yet?

I had asked this same question a week or so ago. A few dealers in my area have claimed that the 30e follows the 30i incentives. No one has taken delivery in my region on these vehicles yet, though, so I'm still not taking those claims as 100% accurate.

That said I'll be hopefully finalizing my own 30e order in the next few days, so I'll report back if I get any conclusive guidance.

Looking for clarification on the Feb 2020 M40i APR credit - the 2.99% offer says up to $750 credit and an "also available" $4000 APR credit. Am I correct in assuming those can be stacked for $4750 total credit?

Sounds like a solid deal. What dealership if you don't mind me asking?

So I'll be in the market for one of these in a couple of months and hoping to get a similar deal. I also live in Boston, so wondering what dealer you worked with. I have an established relationship with a specific CA after leasing 5 BMWs through him, so looking to avoid the old back-and-forth.

This was the deal I got for my wife's 2020 X3 30i sdrive.
MSRP $46195
negotiated sale price $37k
out the door price (inc. tax & lic) $41.6k

I was able to take advantage of the numerous mfr incentives this month such as the loyalty ($1750) and the financing ($1500) plus a few more. You will have to finance with BMW financial for at least 4 months and then you can go ahead and refi or payoff the loan.

Cheers.

It's a dealer in PA. Boston dealers don't play ball

If you search this very thread on the Boston dealer's names there's a lot of good info, for example this post: https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showt...s#post25781968

I don't think you can avoid the back and forth completely, but it shouldn't be too bad. My sense is that of the Boston dealers, Herb seems to offer good deals (former Boston boy living on the west coast here).

Herb Chambers is the worst across all brands. I will never buy from that organization. It was worth for me to drive 4 hours to save over $200 a month. lol

Right, but it sounds like you may have a specifically contentious relationship with Herb. Anyhow, DBLDNon11 search this thread, as it's full of gold.

I found dealers who laugh at what price you want are the ones that bite at the end. I had passport bmw in palm of my hands but I told them they need to give me some incentive over their loaner vs what I can buy new. They couldn't. I didn't want Beige interior.

Like I mentioned, I have a good relationship with my CA and leasing two vehicles simultaneously. I do all of the upfront leg work, provide order codes, and an initial offer. Typically very little back and forth as I have expertise with BMW leases (and the CA knows it), but you never know from year to year. The good news is that it seems much easier now given the 'percentage off MSRP approach' people have adopted - unlike the 'Invoice plus $500' deals that always got messy for some reason.

Thinking I will start at a) Buy Rate b) 13% off MSRP, c) Incentives. I would be be willing to go down to 11% off MSRP. Below that and I start looking at alternatives. My CA likes that we can get 2 deals done in 30mins with zero hassle. We'll see!!!

Which dealership and salesman did you go through to get this deal? I’m shopping around and would like to get a deal like this or similar.

Purchased 2020 X3 M40i with following specs:
Carbon black metallic
Executive package
Acoustic windows
Harmon kardon radio
Adaptive M suspension
Rear window shades
Back seat heaters
Driving assistance package
Driving assistance plus package
Wireless phone charger
Trailer hitch

MSRP: 67,820
$3500 discount off MSRP
$5,500 financing discount at 3.49% through some credit union I've never heard of (I will probably just pay it off or refinance in a month or two at a lower rate)
Plus about $950 registration stuff
And of course taxes.
I think I could have shaved a little more money off the discount but I didn't have the patience.

This X3 is the most incredible vehicle I've ever owned from both a driving and technology perspective. (Full disclosure: I was driving a 2009 Honda CRV beforehand).

If you were working with BMW Seattle this seems about right.
